Key personnel
 Jake Ferguson is the founder and head designer of Think Tank. She has worked in publishing for over eleven years on a diverse range of publications creating eye-catching and effective visual marketing strategies. Consequently developing a reputation as one of the most respected designers in the region, with an exceptional eye for detail and quality. Jake also teaches Desk Top Publishing and Design for private students.
 Vanessa Cobb recently joined the team as development and project manager. She has twelve years experience in leading courses to improve management, team and personal effectiveness. Vanessa has taught strategic marketing at post-graduate level to managers from over sixteen European countries and for some years specialised in sponsorship and cause related marketing.
 Heather Pelosi couldn’t wait to get into design for print and started working in this field before she finished her A levels, which was 8 years ago. Her design strength is in brand creation and implementation. Her skill and vision of the brand through a diverse range of media is conceptual and practical. Articulate and enthusiastic, Heather is a valuable team member.
David Hunter has extensive experience as a programmer creating effective interactive elements to sit behind graphics and movement. Currently he is putting the finishing touches to cullompton.org a massive 250 page site for the Culm Valley.
