Community work
Think Tank support a wide range of community endeavour. We help charities and social enterprises promote themselves in a cost effective way, and raise money for select charities on a regular basis. If you would like to know more about how we can help your project, please contact

On a voluntary basis we participate in organising the annual Exeter Fringe Festival and are board members of the Cultural Arts Partnership for Exeter (CAPE) which has recently published a cultural map for the City, and works hard to ensure Exeter continues to expand it's cultural identity.
We were recently awarded by Arts & Business for our investment in arts projects. This element of our work continues in our on-going support for the new Vibraphonic Festival and radio.
Training
As well as a professional key team Think Tank actively invest in junior staff with training and encourage applications for work placements from local schools. In keeping with our commitment to developing potential, Think Tank has recently been recognised as an Investor in People.
The golden rules of the tank
There are nine basic ingredients to company policy and each one is fully supported by every member of the team:
