Q: If I approach you for a quote will I be obliged to use you?
A: No, not at all. All of our quotes are made without obligation.
Q: If I need some leaflets printing, how far in advance do I need to approach you?
A: This will depend upon how sure you are of exactly what you want, and how many leaflets you are requiring. We would advise you that in order to avoid last minute panics you should leave at least four weeks from contacting us to delivery.
Q: How will you know exactly what I want?
A: We will undertake a lengthy consultation with you before we begin to carry out any work. At each stage of the process you will be able to see proofs that you can make changes to. Only when you are entirely happy with the work will you have to sign off the final proof.
Q: What kind of design do you do?
A: We do all sorts. From corporate to artistic and everything in between. Our highly trained designers can create anything for you.
Q: What if I'm disappointed with your work - what are my rights as a customer?
A: We pride ourselves on our customer service policy and of course this means that we take complaints very seriously indeed. All of our staff are empowered to act swiftly on notice of a complaint, and if you are not satisfied immediately, action is taken at the very top of our company. Q: Generally speaking, what makes for 'good design'?
A: Space, light and context. Good design is not about whether you like it, it is about it working for your intended purpose.
