24/7 @ Periton Mead was founded in 1999 and provides care and education for young people from ages 11-18, and ongoing assitance beyond schooling age.

We value the unique opportunity of each young Person and we are committed to an holistic approach which strives to maximise achievement in every aspect of a Young Person’s life. Consideration and planning seek to enhance opportunity and potential to ensure the greatest possible progress.

Our education and training is promoted as a valuable and positive activity for adults and young people and by working alongside our care provision enables us to ensure consistency in our approaches to managing behaviour and promoting high standards for the benefit of our young people.
 
 
 

At Periton Mead we will provide each Young Person with a 52 week care, activity and education programme individually agreed to meet each young person’s needs.

We offer opportunities to empower young people to take control of their own lives.
At 24/7 @ Periton Mead education extends beyond the improvement of academic ability to the enhancement of the social, communication and problem solving skills that apply to daily life.

Young people aged 11 – 18 years have access to our own DfES registered school located on site. Our experienced Education Team is familiar with the problems that young people in care may face in education and our flexible learning programmes are designed to present our pupils with the opportunity to enjoy school and experience success in education.
